The large cleared lot provides parking for numerous campers, trailers, etc. Camp is wired for both electric indoor and outdoor lighting generated by a 2000 generator (provided) and two propane tanks fuel additional ceiling lanterns, heater, refrigerator and stove. A Certified Propane company delivers and services propane appliances yearly. There is an outbuilding large enough to store one 4-wheeler , a new 10'x20' garage, and a neat clean outhouse. Easy access to limitless miles of some of Maine's best 4-wheeler and snowmobiling trails. Less than 3 miles to Indian Pond where you can enjoy a hot shower, do laundry, launch a boat, go swimming and fishing and the Kennebec River where you can go rafting.
